The fifteenth encounter of the Indian Premier League 2021 between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders has started blissfully. The MS Dhoni led side had to bat first and they did not disappoint the fans. With a splendid start, CSK sent Faf Du Plessis and Ruturaj Gaikwad to open the innings and they had a great partnership.
During the sixteenth over, MS Dhoni entered the field and smashed some impressive scores against KKR bowlers. With Sunil Narine and Prasidh Krishna as the bowlers, MS Dhoni tried to give his best and smashed two fours and one maximum. However, he soon was dismissed by Andre Russel’s attack on 17 in the eighteenth over and KKR captain Eoin Morgan did a splendid catch for it.
With MS Dhoni’s dismissal, however, the Chennai players wouldn’t be too disappointed as Faf Du Plessis has been playing incredibly and they have quite decent numbers against the oppositions. Meanwhile, it seems like the Kolkata Knight Riders has to up their game to reach to the level and win the match.
