IPL 2021: Avesh khan receives appreciation from Twitter as he picks up Virat

The 24-year old Delhi Capital pacer Avesh Khan is now the second leading wicket-taker in IPL after RCB’s Harshal Patel. He has picked up 12 wickets now in 6 matches. Avesh picked up the wicket of RCB’s Captain Virat Kohli in match number 22 of IPL 2021.

Avesh picked up Indian former Captain MS Dhoni’s wicket in his first match of the season, that too for a duck. Later in the 22nd match of the season, he picked up Virat’s wicket as he bowled him. He is now 5 wickets behind Harshal Patel who is having a dream season with 17 wickets in 6 matches.
