IPL 2021: Big blow for RCB as captain Virat Kohli dismissed just for 8

RCB captain Virat Kohli had been in a good touch in the CSK vs RCB encounter, but was dismissed at just eight runs.

The nineteenth encounter of the biggest carnival of cricket, Indian Premier League 2021 has started between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Both the iconic teams have been playing really well, where MS Dhoni’s boys set a chase of 192 for the Virat Kohli and team after batting first.

Chasing the target of 192, Royal Challengers Bangalore openers captain Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal kicked off to a great start. Kohli hit a four in the first ball of the innings and Padikkal didn’t disappoint the team with his great partnership.

However, in the third over, Virat Kohli was dismissed by Sam Curran as he tried for a good shot but CSK skipper MS Dhoni caught the wicket. Kohli scored 8 runs off 7 deliveries featuring one boundary off the first first ball. Meanwhile, Padikkal seems to make up for his captain by hitting fours and sixes all over the field.

Both the iconic teams have left everyone excited and now with such a great run chase set by CSK with the help of Ravindra Jadeja’s incredible over, it will be exciting to witness the nail biting encounter.
