There was a terrifying COVID-19 scare in IPL 2021 camp. As a result, it was postponed in May. Now with the situation getting better, the Indian Premier League is set to begin from 19th September. The tournament is to be continued from UAE. All the franchises are doing their best to gear up for the game! Amidst this, Brendon McCullum,  the head coach of Kolkata Knight Riders shares insight on their camp preparations!

Brendon McCullum believes that the team can end it right. He also thinks that the team should hit the ground running. If the players can challenge each other privately and support each other publicly it will be helpful. As a result of this, getting the best of one another in the coming weeks. He adds by saying, “Who knows where we can do with this.”

Kolkata Knight Riders head coach also said, “Hopefully we will be able to strip away a bit of the angst which had built up in the first part of the season, just go out there and try and enjoy ourselves”

Firstly, hope the team can do well in the second phase. Secondly, they can be placed in a better position on the points table. As a result, yes everything goes in favor of the team! Wishing the team the best of luck for the remainder of the Indian  Premier League. Go well team. Stay tuned as the IPL begins on 19th September!
