On Monday, in the match between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals; CSK dominantly won the match by 45 runs and registered their 2nd win in IPL 2021.

RR won the toss and invited CSK to bat first. CSK got a decent start and Faf Du Plessis scored a descent of 33 runs off just 17 balls and gave a good start to CSK. CSK slowed down in the middle as they struggled to play against RR’s young pacer Chetan Sakariya. Chetan took 3 wickets for RR and was incredible throughout the day.

In the end, came Bravo who finished things off in style. He changed the momentum in the favor of CSK. Bravo scored 20 runs of just 8 balls that included 2 fours and that six of the last ball. CSK managed to put down a target of 189 runs for RR.

RR came down to change a big target got a quick start by Buttler and Vohra. But Vohra was dismissed shortly. Buttler kept on scoring and he stuck to one side. He scored 49 runs off 35 balls that included 5 fours and 2 sixes. But he was dismissed by Jadeja. Jadeja took 2 wickets in a single over and changed the scenario of the match.

Sanju Samson, Miller, and Morris also went shortly. Moen Ali took 3 wickets and proved to be a nightmare for RR. In the end, Rahul Tewatiya and Jaydev Unadkat smashed some big shots. But that was like a drop for an ocean.

In the end, CSK won the match comfortably by 45 runs.
