David Warner, the captain of the Sunrisers Hyderabad, has finally announced his fitness update to the fans. He suffered a groin injury during the limited-overs series against India.

Warner was called out for the first two Tests against India after getting the injury but then made a comeback to play the last remaining two matches because of some problems faced by Australia’s batting team.

Playing the matches only made things more difficult for Warner, as he exasperated the injury and couldn’t be a part of the T20I series against New Zealand.
Fans were highly concerned about his recovery and participation in the upcoming IPL season. However, the skipper cleared the air by releasing his updates on the recovery saying he is now up for the challenges ahead.

“I am feeling good while batting and completely ready for the challenges ahead,” Warner said after scoring a brilliant ton in the Marsh Cup game recently.
