The Punjab Kings that is led by KL Rahul announced the addition of England Pacer Adil Rashid for the remainder of the tournament. He will be replacing Jhye Richardson.
In the very recent, first edition of the ‘Hundred’ tournament, Adil Rashid had been quite impressive. He picked up 12 wickets in 7 games for the Northern Superchargers team.
Jhye Richardson, who will, unfortunately, be unavailable for the IPL, didn’t have a great season with the PBKS.
Earlier Punjab Kings also announced the unavailability of Riley Meredith. He will be replaced by fast bowler Nathan Ellis.
It will be interesting to see how both the players perform for the Punjab Kings.
