IPL 2021: Mumbai Indians Kieron Pollard reaches UAE ahead of the 2nd Leg

The 2021 Indian Premier League (IPL) will resume its activities in few days in the United Arab Emirates. With that cricketers around the world are joining their respective Indian Premier League franchises. Kieron Pollard too will join the Mumbai Indians as he landed in Abu Dhabi on Friday.

However, the 34-year-old, Kieron Pollard will have to go through a two-day quarantine period before he can meet his Mumbai Indians teammates.

The all-rounder was part of the recently concluded Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2021. Kieron Pollard is the Captain of Trinbago Knight Riders, the team reached the Semi-finals of 2021 CPL.

Mumbai Indians announced through their official social media accounts, that Kieron Pollard has landed in Abu Dhabi:

Whereas the 2021 Indian Premier League will resume with a match between Rohit Sharma’s Mumbai Indians and MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings on 19th September 2021, Sunday at the Dubai International Stadium. The match will begin at 7:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians is currently in the fourth position in the table with 8 points. They have won four matches and lost three in the 7 matches they have played so far in IPL 2021.
