The Day is here when we’ll finally see the Indian Premier League back in action with some great encounters starting with the RCB vs MI encounter. Starting their campaign Royal Challengers Bangalore will face Mumbai Indians in the first match at M.A Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. While Both the teams will try to start with a victory here are some key players who may start off things well and all the eyeballs will be on them for their performances.

Starting his career in RCB, now headlining team India as probably the best swing bowler will try to improve his performance in IPL. He can swing the ball both ways and could create some havoc conditions for the batsmen if he is on the song.

2.Suryakumar Yadav

Suryakumar Yadav is one of the prominent players to win the Orange Cap this season, because of his last year’s performance where he scored 480 Runs with a strike rate of 145.01, If he gets to play a big inning for sure their’s no stopping for him.

3.Glenn Maxwell

Even after a devastating performance last year, Maxwell got himself in a team where he can prove himself. The right-handed batsman was bought for whopping 14.25 Crores and the expectations of the RCB is on high for the man, let’s see how he performs this year.

4.Rohit Sharma

Hitman is one of the players to watch out as he’s the opener for the team MI, if he gets in his flow of getting runs then he’s not going to leave the pitch soon. Rohit scored 332 Runs with a strike rate of 127 last year, let’s see if he can keep the momentum going.

5.Virat Kohli

The king of modern era’s cricket is all set to be back on the field, Kohli scored 466 runs in the last year’s IPL edition with a strike rate of over 121. Well, we don’t need to mention what he can do if he gets settled on the pitch for long. As it has been revealed earlier that he’s going to open the innings for RCB it’s very important to see how he performs on that slot.
