Quinton de Kock continues in his poor form as he plays his fifth match today against Punjab Kings. The South African Wicket-keeper batsman has been performing fairly poorly in all matches this year. He has not been able to play a considerably long inning for his team in even one match in the premier league.

Today he departed fairly early after within two overs in an over bowled by Deepak Hooda. He tried to toss the ball and drove the ball safely into the hands of the opposing teams. KL Rahul of Punjab Kings had won the toss and decided to bowl first. Mumbai Indians have lost their first wicket very early on which certainly has put some pressure on the captain Rohit Sharma.

Quinton de Kock has only managed to score 46 runs in the whole tournament until now playing 4 matches and has departed early in almost every match playing risky deliveries. After today, speculations are bound to rise as the experts will criticize his performance and ask the team that he be dropped out in favor of another player who would be in form.
