On Sunday’s most awaited match between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bengaluru, CSK allrounder Ravindra Jadeja seemed to have come to the pitch to become RCB’s nightmare.

Ravindra Jadeja rocked RCB’s bowling attack with his batting performance, his catch was dropped when he was at Zero runs, but Jadeja picked up momentum and turned out to be the costliest catch drop for RCB.

Jadeja scored 62 runs for 28 balls, coupled with 4 boundaries and 5 massive sixers. Jadeja’s final over performance against Harshal Patel was magnificent where he score 36 runs off of 6 balls, where he shocked the stadium with his sixers to take CSK for a humongous total of 191 runs for 20 overs.

Chasing a score like 192 against a team like CSK is always tough, but RCB learned it the hard way once again today as CSK demolished RCB’s batting wicket by wicket, Jadeja bagged 3 wickets with an economy of 3.25 runs per over.

Ravindra Jadeja started breaking down RCB beginning with Washington Sundar with an easy catch to Gaikwad. Jadeja then went on to send big hitter Glenn Maxwell back to the pavilion with his full floated ball in the middle which slid through straight to the wickets.

Jadeja later dismissed RCB’s biggest hope of comeback into the match, AB de Villiers with his short delivery on the leg forcing de Villiers to change his stance which led to the ball slipping in through to the stumps.

Jadeja also showed his fielding skills with the run out of Dan Christian, a total all-rounder display by the veteran today with a special contribution to delivering RCB’s first loss of the season.
