IPL 2021: See how netizens reacted on the win of Punjab Kings over Royal Challengers Bangalore

Punjab Kings on Friday defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 34 runs in the 26th match of IPL 2021 thanks to the strong performances of KL Rahul (91 *) and Harpreet Brar (25 * and three wickets). In the match played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Punjab batted first and scored 179 runs losing 5 wickets in the prescribed 20 overs. In response, RCB’s team was able to score 145 runs by losing 8 wickets in 20 overs. Punjab won the third in 7 matches while RCB lost the second in seven matches.

Fabulous game for Punjab and the side is back in the contest and it’s a massive win, given how the other teams are positioned in the points table. Credit for Brar, who closed the game with the wickets of Kohli, Maxwell and ABD. But it was the pace of Shami and Meredith who choked the RCB top-order and from then on it was a Brar show.
