IPL 2021 is witnessing a large number of low scoring matches. On Wednesday another match is added to the list of low scoring matches.

Sunrisers Hyderabad and Punjab Kings were up for an encounter on Wednesday. Despite of having big names into it’s batting line up, Punjab kings shrinked to 120 runs in 20 overs. Hyderabad’s bowling as well as fielding completely dominated Punjab throughout the day.

After winning the toss, Rahul opted to bat first . Unfortunately he couldn’t do much and was dismissed early. Agarwal and Gayle spent some time in the middle and added some valuable runs for 3rd wicket. But in the quest of accelerating run rate Agarwal fell and Punjab lost the way completely.

After Mayank’s dismissal, Punjab just kept losing wickets regularly and had no respond to SRH’s bowling attack. Shahrukh Khan stayed in the middle for a while and scored valuable 22 runs off 17 balls . Apart from Agarwal, he was the only batter to get into the 20s.

Shahrukh too could not resist Punjab’s decline. Eventually PBKS were all out on 120.

Now, SRH have 121 to chase down and achieve their first win of this season. But can Punjab still make it? Can they defend such a small total?
