How did he get connected to the Punjab Kings?
In IPL 2025-Aarya, who was auctioned for a price of 30 lakhs, was first bid by Delhi Capitals. Then Punjab Kings came into the fray. The bidding slowly went up to one crore. Meanwhile, another franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore entered the fray. Now the battle had turned triangular.
The Bangalore was leading with a bid of 1.4 crores, but Punjab Kings came with a bid of 1.5 crores and finally won the battle this time for 3.8 crores.
What did he say before Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy?

Priyansh said, “I scored the most runs in SMAT for Delhi last year, but there was no consistency. I am focusing on consistency this year and that was the focus in the off-season practice. Apart from this, my goal is to make it to the Ranji team because I have not been able to debut there yet.
Last year I gave trials for almost all the IPL teams, everything went well, but then there was no call from anywhere. It is good that this year IPL 2025 scouts are coming to DPL to watch us play. When I play a match, my focus is only on the match, but IPL also keeps going on in my mind somewhere.
” “When I was young, I used to watch Gautam Gambhir Sir bat in the nets. When I grew up a little, I started talking to him. Apart from this, Ayush Badoni is a good friend of mine. He is also our captain in DPL and he also has IPL experience. So I talk to him a lot on and off the pitch and his experience is very useful to me.”
