While Deepak Chahar impressed with his batting and bowling, he also had a memorable moment on the field. The pace-bowling all-rounder was seen teasing Chennai Super Kings’ MS Dhoni as he came out to bat late in the innings.
MS Dhoni walked out to bat in the 19th over after Ravindra Jadeja was dismissed. The crowd gave Dhoni a warm reception, chanting his name loudly as he made his way to the field.
As Dhoni walked out, Deepak Chahar was spotted saying something to him and clapping in front of the CSK star. The two shared a fun moment, which continued after the match when the players shook hands. Afterward, Dhoni jokingly tapped Chahar with his bat.
