Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s Virat Kohli showed a kind gesture towards Punjab Kings batter Musheer Khan after their IPL 2025 match. The game was played at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur.

Virat Kohli Leads RCB to Fifth Straight Away Win

Kohli grabbed all the attention with his brilliant performance against the Punjab Kings. The star opener played a stunning innings and helped RCB secure their fifth straight win in away games.

Virat Kohli opened the innings for Royal Challengers Bengaluru and gave the team a strong start, even after Phil Salt got out early. He timed the ball beautifully and stayed at the crease till the end to guide RCB to victory.

Virat Kohli scored his third half-century of IPL 2025, finishing unbeaten on 73 off 54 balls. He batted with a strike rate of over 135, hitting 7 fours and 1 six against the Punjab Kings.

Kohli, along with Devdutt Padikkal (61), helped Royal Challengers Bengaluru chase down the target with seven wickets in hand. It was RCB’s fifth win of the season, just missing out on the third spot in the points table.

Apart from his brilliant innings, Kohli also showed a kind gesture after the match. Young PBKS batter Musheer Khan visited the RCB dressing room and asked Kohli for a bat – and the senior player happily obliged.

“Main To Ro Hi Diya” – Musheer Khan’s Honest Confession

Musheer Khan shared that he got emotional and cried in front of Virat Kohli while asking for his bat, even if it was a broken one. He told Kohli that he had scored many runs with that bat, which was earlier given to him by his brother, Sarfaraz Khan.

Musheer was heard saying in the video: “Main to Ro hi Diya Virat Kohli bhaiya ke samne. (I cried in front of Virat bhaiya. I told Virat bhaiya I have scored so many runs from your bats bhaiya, Sarfaraz bhaiya used to give me your bat. Bhaiya, give me one ba,t even if it is a broken bat, just give me one bat)”.

Musheer Khan also took to his official social media and shared the picture with Virat Kohli. Sharing the image, Musheer expressed his gratitude and wrote: “A million thanks for the bat and Viratbhaiiya & a billion for the love!”
