  • Shikhar Dhawan – Magnificent Opener

Shikhar Dhawan, the powerful opener, has been a valuable resource to every team he has played for. His outstanding batting record in the IPL means he continues to hold the dominating position in the world’s deadliest league. So far in the IPL, he has scored 5,837 runs. Shikhar Dhawan became the second player after Virat Kohli to reach 6000 IPL runs in the 38th league game of the Indian Premier League 2022 between Chennai Super Kings and Punjab Kings.   • Suresh Raina – Number 3

Suresh Raina is unquestionably one of the most outstanding batsmen the tournament has seen in its long history. Raina has 4,934 IPL runs to his name after playing 171 IPL games for the Chennai Super Kings. 4,931 of these runs have come while batting third, making him the tournament’s leading run scorer at that position. He is a combative left-handed middle-order batsman who bowls off-spin on occasion. Raina is the second-youngest Indian captain in history. Raina captained the Gujarat Lions in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and was also the vice-captain of the Chennai Super Kings. He became the first Indian batsman to score a century in all three international cricketing formats.
