Indian cricket team won the first T20I against Ireland by 7 wickets on Sunday night. Hardik Pandya shown a great gesture after the win against Ireland. Indian skipper gave Harry Tector his bat after the game. Ireland’s young batter Harry Tector played an amazing inning in the game against India.

Harry Tector scored 64* runs in 33 balls which include 6 boundaries and 3 sixes. He took on Indian’s pace attack very well in the first T20I. India played very well not only with the ball but also with the bat. Yuzvendra Chahal won the player of the match award for his wonderful spell in the game. After game Hardik Pandya in the post match interview praised Ireland’s batter Harry Tector and also said that the way he batted, he can also be seen playing in IPL someday.

“He (Harry Tector) played some fantastic shots, and obviously, he’s 22, I’ve given him a bat as well, so maybe he can score some more sixes and maybe get an IPL contract, and I wish him luck,” said skipper Hardik Pandya on Harry Tector in a post match interview telecasted on Sony Sports Network.

This win was Hardik Pandya’s first win as Indian captain and he also became a first Indian skipper to take a T20I wicket.
