On Friday (May 30), Jasprit Bumrah bowled a brilliant yorker to dismiss his India teammate Washington Sundar during the IPL 2025 Eliminator match between Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans. The game took place at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur, New Chandigarh.

Jasprit Bumrah Strikes with a Fiery Yorker
Mumbai Indians really needed a breakthrough when Bumrah was brought back into the bowling attack in the 14th over.
Sai Sudharsan and Washington Sundar gave Gujarat Titans a strong chance by adding 84 runs together for the third wicket. They were hitting boundaries easily and kept their team in the hunt to chase the target of 229 runs.
By the end of the 13th over, Gujarat Titans had reached 148 for 2. Then, Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya gave the ball to Jasprit Bumrah. Bumrah gave away just three singles in his first three balls, and then bowled a perfect yorker that got Sundar out.
The left-handed batter had no answer to the perfect yorker. The ball was aimed at the leg-stump, and Sundar couldn’t stop it. He tried to flick it but missed completely.
Jasprit Bumrah was full of energy and celebrated the important wicket by giving Sundar an intense send-off. Sundar walked back after scoring 48 runs from just 24 balls, which included 5 fours and 3 sixes.
