2 Min Read

Jordan Henderson, the Liverpool captain, and English midfielder have been a Merseyside red for the past 10 years. It is very much correct saying that Jordan Henderson is a living Liverpool legend. Henderson is very much significant and instrumental in helping to achieve Liverpool all the glory and prestige that it has now. Having played more than 350+ games and scoring in key clutches, providing rocket assists the Liverpool captain has done it all. It won’t startle fans as Liverpool might make a statue in Jordan Henderson’s honor outside Anfield.

Jordan Henderson has been the only existing Liverpool player who is working for the services of the Merseyside for the past 10 years. Players came and players went but Jordan Henderson stayed and is willing to stay for more. There is also another fact that might startle the reader’s  Henderson was never loaned to any other club. He was and will always be a red.

Jordan Henderson has signed a new 4-year contract with the reds, making his services available to the Merseyside club for four more years till 2025. It seems as if Henderson is in a full mood to retire at the club he loves the most. Liverpool isn’t the same if we would remove the likes of Henderson from it. Having played more than 350 games the Liverpool starlet would be playing around 500 if he manages to play all four seasons without any injury and fuss.
