Khelo India University Games (KIUG) 2023, Uttar Pradesh kicked off yesterday, on the 23rd of May even though the opening ceremony is scheduled for the 25th of May. Kabaddi was the first sport that was played. Kabaddi kicked off the third edition of the University Games in the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex, Greater Noida.
A total of 21 sports will be played during the KIUG 2023.
