Few positive cases in certain teams created havoc in the Indian Premier League which all ended up with the cancellation of the tournament. The news was a mighty blow for all the cricket and IPL fans as the tournament was the only stressbusters in this time of the pandemic especially in India.
Although the pandemic has taken over all the proceedings of IPL, the teams are trying to keep their fans engaged with their various posts on social media where they are addressing them to stay safe. One such team has been the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The formers winners of IPL took to Twitter to address the viewers about the seriousness of COVID-19.
The post included a poster that had an animated picture of Pat Cummins and it says that corona comes with a speed of more than 150 KMPH hence the fans are requested to stay safe and keep themselves isolated if they feel the symptoms.
If you have any symptoms, isolate yourself, get yourself tested at the earliest, and inform everyone who you may have come in contact with. #KKR #StayHomeStaySafe #WearAMask pic.twitter.com/3DybfRVTy3
