Krafton India Esports has officially revealed its 2026 BGMI Esports roadmap, confirming that the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2026 will play a major role in taking Indian teams to the global level. The winner of BMPS 2026 will earn a direct spot at the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026, which is set to be held in Riyadh in July 2026.

BMPS 2026 to Begin from May

The BMPS 2026 tournament is expected to take place from May to June 2026. It will feature the best BGMI teams from across India, competing for a chance to represent the country on the world stage. The event will follow the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2026, which serves as the first step in the national BGMI Esports circuit.

Top-performing teams from BGIS will qualify for BMPS, where they’ll fight for not just a massive prize pool, but also the honor of representing India at EWC 2026.

India’s Shot at Global Esports Glory

The BMPS 2026 winner will get the chance to compete with international champions at the Esports World Cup, one of the most prestigious global gaming tournaments. This opportunity marks another big step in Krafton’s mission to strengthen India’s presence in global esports.

Krafton’s commitment to Indian esports continues to grow every year, with new tournaments, higher prize pools, and better international exposure for players. The company aims to make India a regular name on the global esports leaderboard.

Krafton’s Vision for 2026

Karan Pathak, Associate Director of Esports at Krafton India, said:

“Speaking about the announcement, Karan Pathak, Associate Director: Esports, KRAFTON India, said: “With the 2026 Esports roadmap, our vision is to build a stronger, more inclusive ecosystem that supports both established and emerging talent. We want to give every player from underdogs to champions a platform to showcase their skill and represent India on the global stage.
