In their allotted 50 overs, the Caribbean bowlers performed well to limit India to 237/9. However, the batters failed to show up, and the visitors were defeated by 44 runs, dropping the three-match series 2-0.
Dwayne Bravo, 38, moved to Instagram and published a widely circulated joke to mock Pollard’s absence. He also uploaded a ‘missing’ flyer showing Pollard and provided his contact information. Bravo even tugged Pollard’s leg after falling prey to Yuzvendra Chahal’s leg spin for a golden duck in the first ODI. “Age: 34, Height: 1.85m, Last Seen: In Chahal’s pocket, If Found, Please Contact WEST INDIES,” stated the poster’s description.
