Logan Paul recently shared why he turned down a huge offer to fight Yassine Cheuko, the bodyguard of football star Lionel Messi. The offer was reportedly worth $15 million, but Paul said no. Why? Because he’s fully focused on his WWE journey.
In a new episode of Raw Recap on YouTube (aired April 28), Logan explained his decision in simple terms. Even though the offer was tempting, he said his main goal right now is to grow as a WWE superstar.
“I’m All In on WWE,” Says Logan Paul

Logan Paul made it clear he’s not chasing every big-money opportunity. Here’s what he said during the show:
“I am available, I have time. I have commited my life to becoming a WWE superstar. I am not doing other opportunities, I have been offered $15 million to fight Messi’s bodyguard. Super appetizing, super cool. But I’m a WWE superstar. I’m on a mission right now. While the other ancillary stuff works for other people, I’m devoting my life to this. So, like, I turned that down and I’m going to be the best that I can. And, I’m available. So Tripe H, Nick Khan, book me.”
Logan explained that while other side projects might be good for some, he’s fully locked in on wrestling. He also called on Triple H and Nick Khan to book him for more WWE appearances, saying he’s completely available and ready.

Logan Paul vs Messi? What’s the Story?
This all started because of a legal dispute between Logan Paul’s drink brand PRIME and Messi’s new hydration drink brand. Logan even challenged Messi to a boxing match, but instead, Messi’s bodyguard Yassine Cheuko offered to fight on Messi’s behalf.
Cheuko, known for his intense training and martial arts background, is not someone to take lightly. But Logan still turned down the offer, proving he’s serious about WWE and not just looking for internet buzz or flashy fights.
“I Deserve to Be WWE Champion,” Says Logan
Logan Paul also spoke about the criticism he gets for being a “YouTuber.” Many fans and even some wrestlers still don’t see him as a real WWE star. But Logan fired back:
“People still call me a YouTuber, but I’ve been wrestling my whole life. I’ve done more in a short time than some wrestlers have done in years.”
When asked if he sees himself as a future WWE champion, Logan didn’t hold back:
“That’s, by the way, one of the many titles I think I should be holding. If it were upto me, I’d be holding all of them. I think when it comes to box office, views, capability, everything I am the full package. Anyone how denies that is just oblivious.”
