Why These WWE Superstars Just Can’t Stand Logan Paul
When Logan Paul was first seen in the WWE ring, many fans thought he was just another celebrity doing a PR stunt. But as soon as he teamed up with The Miz at WrestleMania 38 to fight against Rey and Dominik Mysterio, people’s opinion began to change. His confidence in move’s, control on the mic and in-ring impact made everyone realize that he wasn’t here just for any PR stunt or something, he was brought in to seriously be a part of the game.
That’s why within a year Logan became one of the biggest heels of WWE, and fought in premium live events like Elimination Chamber and Royal Rumble and even defeated Rey Mysterio to win the United States Championship in 2023. He held this title for 273 days and was later defeated by LA Knight at SummerSlam 2024.
But despite this success, there are still many such names in the wrestling world who just can’t stand Logan. Some hate his attitude, while some don’t like that he was given this big of a stage so easily. Some have said it directly, some indirectly, but their dislike is clearly visible. Let’s know who are those names who are not fans of Logan Paul.
Seth Rollins – The First Open Critic

Before facing Logan at WrestleMania 39, Seth Rollins had already started targeting him publicly. During an Instagram Live, he said that Logan is not a wrestler, he only wants to be famous, and doesn’t care about this business. He made it clear that he didn’t want Logan in his locker room.
Later in 2023 during Pat McAfee’s show, Rollins said that although he respects Logan’s hustle, he doesn’t believe Logan is in WWE for the right reasons. Despite all this, both clashed in a strong match at WrestleMania and Logan lost. After the match, Rollins admitted that Logan earned his respect.
A few months later, Rollins also appeared on Logan’s podcast “Impaulsive” where he directly said that he was initially doubtful about Logan but now respects him, but still he wouldn’t want Logan anywhere near his title.
The Rock – From Idol to Total Disconnect

At one time, Logan Paul considered Dwayne Johnson his idol. Both had made several YouTube videos together. But in 2017 everything changed when Logan uploaded a highly controversial video from Japan’s “Suicide Forest.” This video spread outrage globally, and The Rock’s team completely cut ties with Logan.
Logan himself revealed that The Rock’s publicist asked him to delete all photos and videos they ever did together. Logan felt like their friendship had never existed. Later, The Rock did send a message appreciating one of Logan’s Instagram videos, but their relationship never returned to normal. Today, The Rock is on the TKO board, technically becoming one of Logan’s bosses.
Kevin Owens – Personal Dislike and Real Tension

Kevin Owens and Logan Paul have crossed paths many times, but their friction is more personal than professional. Back at WrestleMania 37 Logan tried to shake hands with Owens after the match, but Owens gave him a stunner. After this their rivalry went even deeper.
Owens once revealed that he banned his son from watching Logan’s YouTube videos. Even before their Royal Rumble 2024 match, Owens said he doesn’t like either of the Paul brothers. Even though Logan retained his US title in a triple threat match at WrestleMania 40 (against Owens and Orton), Owens openly said after the match that Logan is annoying and unpleasant.
Still, Owens admitted that Logan gives his 100% in the ring and that’s how he earns some level of respect.
Kevin Nash – “Not One of the Boys”

In 2024, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash also got into a social media war with Logan. It started when Logan brought Hulk Hogan to his podcast and during a segment, it seemed like Logan didn’t know the meaning of the wrestling term “shoot.”
Nash, shocked, said on his podcast that Logan is not one of them. According to him, Logan hasn’t lived the wrestling life, hasn’t travelled city-to-city, and hasn’t been part of the wrestling brotherhood.
Logan replied with a video on X where he called Nash a “bitter old man” and ended the video with “f*** you.” After this, Nash softened a bit and praised Logan’s athletic skills, saying he took the video as an in-character promo.
John Cena – Past Hate, Present Diplomacy

There are rumors that Logan Paul and John Cena might face each other in the near future. But if we look at Cena’s old opinions, he once said that the younger version of himself would have hated Logan Paul coming into WWE.
Cena had said in an interview that the old-school mindset taught them not to trust any outsider coming into their world. Though now Cena has matured and respects Logan’s efforts, he still seems a bit cautious.
Logan on the other hand said during Raw’s Netflix press event, that it would be an honor to face Cena and he’s already beaten stars like Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes, so if he has to take down Cena too, he will do it.
Adam Page – Subtle Jab on Move set

Logan has never crossed paths with AEW’s Hangman Adam Page, but in December 2024 when Logan announced his “retirement,” Page took a subtle jab at him on social media.
He wrote on BlueSky, “I hope the next person they give half my move set to is at least kinda cool,” clearly pointing to Logan’s use of the Buckshot Lariat.
Though Logan never responded, CM Punk also joined the conversation in an interview and mocked the idea of discussing “movesets” at all. Page and Punk already had a complicated history in AEW, but Page’s jab at Logan came out of nowhere, and it’s unclear whether it was just for fun or genuine hate.
