The deal was brokered after Bayern upped their offer from an earlier rejected bid, as reported by The Athletic. This time, Liverpool gave the green light. Diaz, who arrived at Anfield from Porto in 2022, is now all set to join Harry Kane and co. as Vincent Kompany’s Bayern gear up to snatch back their Bundesliga crown.
