In Mecha BREAK, fighting in a powerful Striker is the main goal, but making your pilot look cool is also a big part of the fun. One small but fun way to personalize your character is by changing their eye color. If you want your pilot to stand out, customizing their appearance can make a big difference.
If you’re looking to change eye color but can’t find the option, don’t worry. The system has changed since the beta. This article will guide you step-by-step through the latest method to change eye color in Mecha BREAK.
How to Change Eye Color in Mecha BREAK
Changing your eye color isn’t hidden, but it is placed in a certain part of the customization menu. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the Character Customization Screen
- From the main lobby, look for the Appearance or Customization tab.
- This is the same area where you change outfits, hairstyles, and other looks.
2. Click on the Makeup Tab
- Once inside the customization menu, switch to the Makeup section.
- This is where you’ll find all face-related settings like eyebrows, face paint, and more.
3. Find the “Iris” Option
- In the Makeup section, look for a setting named Iris.
- This is where you can change your pilot’s eye color.
4. Pick a Color from Presets
- You won’t find a color wheel or sliders anymore.
- Instead, you’ll see a list of preset eye colors like:
- Blue
- Green
- Red
- Violet (if unlocked)
- Click on the color you want. You’ll see a preview right away.
5. Save Your Choice
- Don’t forget to press Confirm or Apply after picking your color.
- If you back out without saving, the color will go back to the original.
What Changed Since the Beta?
If you played Mecha BREAK during beta tests, you might remember having full control over eye color with RGB sliders or hex codes. That system is gone now.
In the current version:
- Advanced color customization is removed.
- Preset swatches have replaced the full color picker.
- It’s easier to use, but not as flexible as before.
Also, if you created a character in beta and saved it, those old settings may not transfer to the new version. Some features are now removed or no longer supported in the final release.
