Media Advisory/Photo-Op: Toronto’s Iconic Pride and Remembrance Run This Saturday Will Be Fun, Fast and Fab

2 Min Read

TORONTO, June 22, 2022 /CNW/ – A sold-out field of more than 2350 runners will take to the streets of Church-Wellesley Village on Saturday, June 25. Now in its 26th year, the 5KM run and 3KM walk is the only annual athletic event held during Pride Month.

The party atmosphere is different from every other race. There will be drag queens, DJs, rainbows, bubble machines, cheer sections and more.

The run is proud to be working with six charities: AIDS Committee of Toronto, Fife House, Gilbert Centre, Rainbow Railroad, HQ Toronto and the Pride and Remembrance Foundation. This year, the Pride and Remembrance Foundation is excited to share that we’re on track to meet our ambitious $250,000 fundraising goal for the 2022 Pride and Remembrance Run.
