The 2026 French Open main draw is all set to start on Sunday, 24 May 2026, and runs till 7 June 2026, at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France. Ahead of the main draw, let’s dive into this photo collection and find out about the players with a career grand slam.

Players with a career Grand Slam in men’s singles
1. Rod Laver
Rod Laver became the first male player of the Open Era to achieve a Career Grand Slam by winning all four major titles, which include the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open. Remarkably, his breakthrough triumphs at each of these tournaments came in 1969, the same season he swept all four majors to complete the rare Calendar Year Grand Slam as well.
2. Andre Agassi
Andre Agassi scripted history as he became only the second player to achieve a Career Grand Slam. Agassi achieved the massive feat three decades after Rod Laver first did it. His maiden Grand Slam title came at Wimbledon in 1992, while he also captured the US Open crown twice, in 1994 and 1999.
Agassi completed his Career Grand Slam with his lone French Open triumph in 1999, making that victory one of the defining moments of his career.
3. Roger Federer
The Swiss player is arguably one of the best tennis players of all time. Roger Federer won his first title with a victory at Wimbledon in 2003. He went on to win Wimbledon Open for a record eight times across 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2012, and 2017
Federer has won six Australian Open titles acoross 2004, 2006, 2007, 2010, 2017, and 2018., while his US Open wins came in five consecutive years from 2004 and 2008. Roger Federer completed his career grand slam with only French Open win in 2009 – finishing his career with 20 grand slam titles.
4. Rafael Nadal
Rafael Nadal is considered as the undisputed king of clay. The Spaniard dominated the French Open like no player ever had before, winning a record 14 titles at Roland Garros from 2005 to 2008, again between 2010 and 2014, then from 2017 to 2020, before claiming his final crown in 2022. He claimed the Australian Open twice, in 2009 and 2022, and lifted the Wimbledon title in 2008 and 2010.
Nadal’s maiden US Open triumph in 2010 completed his Career Grand Slam, and he later added three more titles in New York in 2013, 2017, and 2019. Rafael Nadal surpassed Roger Federer’s 20 grand slam’s record, finishing his career with 22 Grand Slam singles titles.
5. Novak Djokovic
Novak Djokovic emerged as the man who broke the long-standing dominance of Rafael Nadal and even at 39, the Serbian continues to compete at the highest level. Djokovic won his maiden Grand Slam title at the 2008 Australian Open before turning Melbourne into his most successful hunting ground, where he won nine titles in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023.
He also enjoyed remarkable success at Wimbledon with seven titles – in 2011, 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022. At the US Open, Djokovic lifted the trophy in 2011, 2015, 2018, and 2023. The Serbian completed his Career Grand Slam with his maiden French Open triumph in 2016, before adding two more Roland Garros titles in 2021 and 2023. Djokovic’s grand slam tally is 24 currently.
6. Carlos Alcaraz
Carlos Alcaraz has been the new era Tennis legend as he has won a total of nine grand slam titles at just 23-years-old. He claimed his first grand slam in US Open 2022 which he won again in 2025. Alcaraz further went on to win the Wimbledon in 2023 and 2024 before winning the French Open in 2024 and 2025.
The Spaniard completed his career grand slam at Australian Open 2026, by defeating the legendary Novak Djokovic in the final.
