Mohamed Salah will look to continue his goalscoring form against Manchester City.

Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah has signed a new long-term contract with the Premier League side Liverpool. He signed with the ‘Reds’ until 2025. Liverpool was convincing their right-winger for the new contract and he finally accepts the contract given to him by the club.

Earlier it was reported that Salah isn’t happy in Liverpool and wants to leave the club this summer. There were rumours spreading around that the winger wants to join Real Madrid, but he denied all the rumours by signing a new long-term contract with Liverpool FC. Jurgen Klopp (Manager of Liverpool) loves Salah and wanted him to stay at the club. Salah was the top-scorer for Liverpool last season and he was also in the top 2 in the most goals scored in the Premier League (2021/22 season). Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano broke out this news on Friday, 1st July on his official Twitter account.
