West Indies limited-overs captain and in IPL Mumbai Indians all-rounder Kieron Pollard’s  father has passed away .All-rounder Pollard himself gave this information through social media. Under the captaincy of Pollard, the West Indies team recently defeated Sri Lanka in ODIs and T20 series. Pollard will be part of the Mumbai Indians team in the IPL to be held from April 9.

Pollard shared a picture with his father informing others of his demise. In this picture, Pollard and his father are seen with the IPL trophy. Pollard wrote in its caption, ‘ Rest easy, peacefully and gracefully..#loveyoualways. Touched many hearts and souls. Will continue to make you proud. No more “tall boy”. I do know you are in a better place. #blessedandthankful.’
