Indian batter Venkatesh Iyer has opened up about making a balance in his personal life and cricketing life. Venkatesh Iyer plays for Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL and has done well for the team since he has joined. However, IPL 2022 didn’t go well for the young lad but he is still trying to get into the India’s XI.

Venkatesh Iyer has been picked up by BCCI and selectors for many series after IPL 2022 but he wasn’t given chance in the Indian team’s playing XI. The Indian team is playing well as they have won against England, West Indies and Zimbabwe ahead of Asia Cup 2022. Venkatesh Iyer however is not in the squad for this Asia Cup which will be starting from 27th August.

“I do a lot of things (to stay calm) but the most important thing is that I zone out from the game because it is important to know that my personal life is equally important. I keep the game on the field, in the gym and also in my thoughts. But off the field, I also make sure that I give time to my family,” said Venkatesh Iyer via Sportskeeda.
