Javelin Thrower Neeraj Chopra has been having a jam-packed season after winning the gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics 2020.
Chopra had so many post-Olympics commitments, he has been attending so many functions that he could not take to the field. The Diamond League is set to take place from 28th August 2021 in Paris.

After following his tough schedule and recovering from an illness, the 23- year-old reveals that he has decided to cut short his 2021 season.

Earlier, Chopra insisted on participating in the Diamond League but has decided to take a break from competing this year. He will make his return in the Asian Games and the Commonwealth Games.
