Overwatch 2 x Street Fighter 6 Crossover LIVE

Overwatch 2’s new crossover event is now live, this time with Street Fighter 6. Blizzard has once again excited gamers with this fresh collaboration. The event was announced on Overwatch’s official X (Twitter) account and has created a buzz among fans ever since.

If you want new skins, want to earn free rewards, or just want to enjoy the event – you’ll find it all here. Here we’ve explained everything for you in simple language.

How long will the event run?

Start Date: 20 May 2025

End Date: 3 June 2025

That means you have a chance of just 2 weeks to enjoy this unique event.

Which new skins are available?

Under this collab, some Street Fighter 6 characters have been transformed into Overwatch 2 heroes. These include premium skins:

• Juno as Chun-Li
• Kiriko as Juri
• Widowmaker as Cammy
• Hanzo as Ryu
• Zenyatta as Dhalsim
• Soldier: 76 as Guile
• Sigma as M. Bison
• Winston as Blanka

Note: All these skins are paid, you will not get them for free.

What are the free challenges and rewards?

Blizzard has added 9 new challenges that give you free cosmetics — sprays, voice lines, XP, and an exclusive title. These challenges are completed fast in Stadium mode, and winning them gives double progress.

Here are all the challenges and their rewards:

• Play 25 games: 10,000 XP + Juri Kiriko Spray
• Play 50 games: 10,000 XP + Sigma Voice Line
• Play 99 games: Widowmaker Voice Lines
• Use 30 Ultimates (Excluding Total Mayhem & Co-op): 10,000 XP + Guile Soldier: 76 Spray
• 20 Damage/All Roles games: Ryu Hanzo Spray + Dhalsim Zenyatta Spray
• 20 Tank/All Roles games: M. Bison Sigma Spray + Blanka Weapon Charm
• 20 Support/All Roles games: Chun-Li Juno Spray + Cammy Widowmaker Spray
• Deal 30,000 ability damage (Excluding special modes): 10,000 XP + Hanzo Voice Line
• Complete 8 challenges: Street Fighter Player Title

What you should know:

• These free rewards are event exclusive – they will not come back in the shop after the event is over.
• Play Stadium mode – in this mode the challenge progress is doubled.
• Wins matter – you get faster rewards than winning.
• Skins will only be available in the shop – no character skin will be available for free.
• Best time to grind – if you want XP and cosmetic items then play now.
