Barcelona will look to extend Pedri’s Contract at Camp Nou in wake of recent transfer interest shown in him by many Big European Clubs.
The 18-year-old has been a great find for the Catalans and is being compared to the likes of Andres Iniesta for his promising performances shown so far.
Pedri has so far played in 30 games for the side and has been the main pillar for the team in the mid-field where he has formed a great partnership with Frenkie De Jong and Sergio Busquets.
Pedri’s current deal with Barcelona expires in 2022 and the club wishes to extend it until the 2026 season. Moreover, the club also wants to put a €400 million buy-out clause into the deal, so as to prevent a possible transfer threat from big clubs.
Currently, clubs like Manchester City, Liverpool, and PSG are looking into his situation and will surely make a move if things don’t go as planned.
