PMWC 2025 Grand Finals: All 16 Teams Confirmed

The road to the Grand Finals wasn’t easy.

  • Group Stage (July 25-27):

      • 24 teams battled for a spot in the top 8.
      • The best-performing 8 teams directly qualified for the Grand Finals.
  • Survival Stage (July 29-30):

    • The remaining 16 teams fought for survival.
    • Only the top 8 from this stage advanced, while the rest were eliminated from PMWC 2025.

Meanwhile, Weibo Gaming (China) and Alpha Gaming (Mongolia) had a slow start, but bounced back in the later matches to secure their places in the Grand Finals.

Team Secret, ThunderTalk, and IDA Esports also grabbed their spots in the top eight during the Group Stage.

Survival Stage: Last Chance Warriors

Teams that couldn’t qualify directly in the Group Stage had their last chance in the Survival Stage, and some of them delivered exceptional performances.

  • Horaa (Nepal) topped the Survival Stage after a remarkable comeback.
  • Fire Flux (Turkey) and POWR (Saudi Arabia) followed closely, finishing in second and third place.
  • Regnum Carya, EArena, NS RedForce, Falcons, and Yangon Galacticos also fought their way into the Finals.

Sadly, defending champions Alpha7 Esports failed to qualify for the Grand Finals, ending their campaign earlier than expected.
