Rajat Patidar’s five best scores in IPL
Rajat Patidar started his IPL career with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in 2021. He made important contributions to the team with his batting and gradually became an important player in the IPL. In the 2022 season, Patidar played a crucial innings of 52 runs against Gujarat Titans at the Brabourne Stadium. Patidar held the innings together after skipper Faf du Plessis was dismissed early and added 99 runs for the second wicket with Virat Kohli. He hit five fours and two sixes in 32 balls, however his innings was not successful in giving victory to RCB and the team lost by six wickets.
3. 55 runs against Punjab Kings, 2024
In the match played in Dharamsala in 2024, Patidar played a brilliant innings of 55 runs against Punjab Kings. He hit three fours and six sixes in 23 balls to take the team’s score to 241/7. This partnership of Kohli and Patidar put the team in a strong position and RCB won the match by 60 runs.
2. 58 runs against Rajasthan Royals, 2022
In the qualifier match played against Rajasthan Royals in the 2022 IPL, Patidar played an innings of 58 runs. He hit four fours and three sixes in 42 balls and helped the team reach a respectable score. However, despite his innings, RCB lost by seven wickets.

Patidar’s best performance came in the Eliminator match against Lucknow Super Giants in 2022. He scored an unbeaten 112, which included 12 fours and seven sixes. His innings took RCB to a mammoth total of 207 runs and the team eventually won the match by 14 runs.
