Highest headshot percentage in Counter-Strike

Adil ‘Scream’ Beniltrom is the holder of this record. The Belgian earned the nickname “Headshot Machine” for good reason all thanks to an amazing record of 68.1%. He is 76th in the kill rankings with a total of 27501 kills, but his kill accuracy is unmatched.

Highest prize money

It is no surprise that ESports is a very rich sport. In recent years the prize money in some of the competitions and tournaments has exceeded the amount of prize money in popular traditional sports. So it comes as no surprise that ESports players and teams earn a lot of money.  This holds for OG Esports’ Dota 2 team as well, who are the undisputed record-holders in this field. The entire prize money for the tournament, including the winnings of the five players, exceeds $30 million. For comparison, Astralis’ five-player Counter-Strike lineup during their most prosperous phase cost a combined total of about $9.5 million. A treasure trove for esports players is Dota 2.

Longest map win streak

The longest map win streak in CS: GO is with the legendary team Ninjas in Pyjamas. The record is next to impossible to be broken as they won 87 games in a row. During 2012 and 2013 the team made this insane record in which they did not only go undefeated for 87 games in a row they did not lose a single map in the process. Even for professional players going on a small win streak is very difficult so it is unlikely that this record will ever be broken.

Most Street Fighter wins in a row

Arguably the craziest record on this list is the record for most Street Fighter wins in a row. The holder of this record is professional Street Fighter player Ryan Hart. During a non-stop 11-hour gaming marathon, Hart managed to win 260 games in a row. Hart even managed to enter the Guinness Book of Records due to his incredible record.
