When will Roman Reigns return to a WWE PLE after WrestleMania 41?
After the big betrayal at WrestleMania 41, Roman Reigns fans now want to know when he will next appear at a WWE Premium Live Event (PLE). The triple-threat match with Seth Rollins and CM Punk gave a new turn to Reigns’ story.
Roman Reigns was betrayed at WrestleMania 41
On 19th April 2025 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and CM Punk faced each other in the main event of WrestleMania 41 (Night One).
CM Punk finally lived his dream of main eventing WrestleMania. Paul Heyman was with him and kept his promise to support Punk.
The match was very intense. All three wrestlers attacked each other badly. But the biggest twist came when Heyman brought a steel chair and gave it to Punk. Reigns was shocked. Then, Heyman suddenly hit Punk with a low blow and gave the chair to Reigns. Reigns started hitting Punk, but then Heyman hit Reigns with a low blow too and gave the chair to Seth Rollins. Rollins used the chance, won the match, and showed his new alliance with Heyman.
Roman Reigns will not return at Backlash 2025
After WrestleMania, Roman Reigns appeared on Raw. But there, he and Punk were attacked by Bron Breakker, who was introduced by Heyman and Rollins as their new partner. This clearly showed that Reigns will be out of action for now.
A report says that Roman Reigns will not be part of Backlash 2025. In the latest episode of WrestleVotes Q&A, it was said that he is not expected to be on the Backlash card. However, he might return at Money in the Bank 2025, which will happen on June 7 at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood.
“I won’t be surprised if he is not at Backlash. Money in the Bank is possible, but I don’t think he will be in St. Louis next weekend,” – WrestleVotes
What will Roman Reigns do next?
