Ronald Koeman won’t proceed as head coach of Barcelona next season as indicated by a report.

Sources uncovered that Barcelona is certain that the Dutchman will not lead the club past the summit of this mission notwithstanding the reality he has one more year on his agreement.

Koeman met with Barcelona president Joan Laporta last Thursday for a more than two-hour lunch, and it’s perceived the gathering worked out positively.

Yet, the truth of Barcelona’s late-season breakdown, where they dropped focuses against Atletico Madrid and Levante and lost to Granada and Celta Vigo at home to blow a shot at the title, implies that the lone thing that would save Koeman would be if Barcelona couldn’t track down a reasonable other option.

The Blaugrana have made progress here and there during a troublesome season, winning the Copa del Rey.

At the end of the day, the notion radiating from Camp Nou is that Koeman’s time at Camp Nou is over and a time for change has arrived.
