S8UL Esports Co-founder Animesh Agarwal, aka Thug, officially announced that the S8UL elite Free Fire Max roster has finally disbanded.

The announcement brings an end to a high-profile lineup that was highly regarded within the Indian battle royale community.

Thug said, “We Tried Very Hard” According to Thug, the decision to part ways did not come very soon. The S8UL management had put in a lot of work behind the scenes to keep the squad together and competing under the banner, but internal or situational issues prevented it from continuing.

“Team Elite (Free Fire Max Roster) is no more part of S8UL. The team is now disbanded. We tried very hard to keep them together but that hasn’t happened,” Thug Said.

The outgoing full competitive roster for S8UL Elite was Pahadi (Lokesh Karakoti), MrJay (Jayesh Yadav), Adeeb (Adeeb Ansari), Arman (Syed Arman Ali), Hasan (Hasan Haider)

Pahadi, Jay, and Jonty to Remain with S8UL as Content Creators

While the competitive roster will no longer be entering the virtual battlegrounds together under the S8UL banner, some of the biggest icons in the scene are not leaving the organisation entirely.

Transitioning from Competitive Esports to the S8UL Lifestyle Brand

Thug also confirmed that Pahadi, Jay and Jonty will continue their association with S8UL. However, they will be moving away from their active roles in esports and would focus on content creation, streaming and entertainment under the S8UL lifestyle brand.

The Legacy of the Team Elite Core under S8UL Esports

Originally, this roster came to S8UL with big expectations. Hand-picked from the legendary core of Team Elite, the team behind the Free Fire India Championship (FFIC) and several major trophies, their jump to S8UL was billed as a massive power move, uniting a tier-1 roster with India’s biggest gaming org.

Their journey in competitive under S8UL Elite has come to its last chapter but fans can at least take solace in the fact that their favourite creators are staying within the S8UL family to build the next phase of their gaming careers.
