Seth Rollins took full control of RAW after winning the Money in the Bank. Is it real or a WWE plan?

Last month at the Money in the Bank event, Seth Rollins won the briefcase with the help of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. He used his power on RAW to control the full roster and punished every superstar who stood against him.

His plan was to use the MITB contract at the right time and win the World Title. But things changed at Saturday Night’s Main Event during his match with LA Knight.

Fans recorded videos of Rollins leaving the ring while limping and looking very upset. This made people worry that his old knee injury might have returned.

Is this a real injury or a WWE storyline?

Now, many fans are asking if this injury is real or if it is just a planned WWE story made with Paul Heyman. Wrestling Observer Newsletter shared some inside news on this situation.

According to WON, WWE had a plan for Saturday Night’s Main Event. In that plan, Rollins would fake an injury and leave the show. Later, he would return during the CM Punk vs Gunther match at SummerSlam and cash in his MITB contract to win the title.

The twist of this plan was that Rollins and Heyman would trick everyone. Dave Meltzer reported that WWE still wants to follow this plan. But since this news got leaked, the surprise part may not work well. So WWE might now change or adjust the plan.

What happens next?

Now, the future of Rollins and WWE’s next move is a mystery. Is he really injured or acting as part of the plan? Will he return at SummerSlam to win the title? All answers will come in the next few weeks. Till then, fans will keep guessing and waiting.
