Shooting World Cup: Three more shooters tested positive for Covid-19 virus, two of them Indian athletes

The shooting World Cup continues in the country amid growing cases of Covid-19. In spite of all the protocols in this World Cup, which started from March 18, the spread of virus can not be stopped. On Friday, a foreign player was found positive and today two Indian athletes are also said to be in the grip of Covid-19. If sources are to be believed, one in three foreign women athletes are there, while two Indian players of the pistol team have been found infected. All have been sent to isolation.

A shooting World Cup official released at the Karni Singh Shooting Range in Delhi said that the reports of roommates of the shooters found positive have come out negative. The 10-meter air pistol final was to be held today in the tournament which runs till 29 March, but now the shooters found infected by the virus will not be able to attend.
