SRH vs RR: The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) defeated the Rajasthan Royals (RR) by defeating the Royals by 57 runs during a nail-biting IPL 2026 match at Hyderabad that saw SRH’s debutants shine with their bowling and take out the batting order of RR.

At just 9 runs, Rajasthan was 5 wickets down with the help of excellent bowling by Praful Hinge and Sakib Hussain. Praful also got the player of the match award for his five-wicket haul in his debut match, dimissing 3 batters in his first over, which included the mighty wicket of Vaibhav Suryavanshi.

SRH Batting Highlights – Kishan Leads the Charge

SRH managed to accumulate a huge score of 216 runs for the loss of 6 wickets, thanks to some blazing knocks from skipper Ishan Kishan. Ishan Kishan slammed 91 runs off just 44 deliveries, batting superbly for his team.

Another important contribution was made by Heinrich Klaasen with 40 runs off 26 balls. Some late fireworks from Nitish Kumar Reddy and others helped the side cross the 200-run mark.
