Fabrizio has confirmed that Juventus have parted ways with Thiago Motta with immediate effect
But now the saga has officially ended as Fabrizio has himself confirmed that Juventus have parted ways with Thiago Motta with immediate effect and have appointed Igor Tudor as his replacement.

Motta came to Turin after a successful stint at Bologna last season where they finished a surprise 5th in the Italian league. This season from Bologna caught many eyes from the Italian and the foreign leagues.
Many players and the gaffer himself departed for better opportunities seeing Motta being appointed as the Turin manager in June 2024.
Bianconeri have been struggling even since the departure of Ronaldo in 2021
Bianconeri have been struggling even since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo in 2021. They have also struggled to put up a fight at the top of the table with other clubs who have managed to progress with new players and tactics. Bianconeri had failed to sign any new exciting signings and also fell from the ranks of elite European football.

The signing of Motta was the ultimate breath of fresh air as Juve had trusted a very young manager and he was allowed to bring his own signings at the club.
Motta’s managerial stint only lasted 10 months at The Old Lady
This approach was destined for greatness but after 10 months, it has not been what it was supposed to be. A new manager is being hired in the middle of the season and there was a lot of back and forth with how he was signed. This also leaves the players in the muddle that has been created, with them thinking about the plans of the new gaffer and how they would fit into it.
Motta’s managerial stint only lasted 10 months at The Old Lady with only 18 wins in 42 games. It was the fourth worst points average in the last 30 years. He was also eliminated from the Super Cup, Italian Cup and the UCL in the season and looks like no silverware for the 36 time Italian Champions.
