Thomas Muller Commits to FC Bayern Munich Until 2025

Experienced forward Thomas Muller has inked a contract extension with FC Bayern Munich, solidifying his commitment to the club until June 30, 2025, announced the German champions.

Muller, who began his journey with Bayern at the age of 10 in 2000, is set to extend his longstanding association with the Bavarian giants until 2025.

Expressing his joy, Muller stated, “I’m delighted that my journey at FC Bayern is continuing. I aim to contribute to our ongoing success, both as a team and for the entire club. Being a foundation and guiding the team in the right direction is important to me. I look forward to thrilling our fans with goals, assisting in goal creation, showcasing my love for the game, and passion for football, and hopefully securing many more titles.”

With an impressive record of 684 competitive appearances for Bayern’s first team, Muller has netted 237 goals and provided 261 assists. He holds the second position on the club’s all-time appearance list, just behind Sepp Maier (706).

The 34-year-old has accumulated 32 trophies with Bayern, including a remarkable 12 Bundesliga titles, six DFB Cups, and clinching both the UEFA Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup twice.

Muller made his Bundesliga debut on August 15, 2008, at the Allianz Arena. Across appearances for the first team, reserves, and U19s, he has featured 772 times in competitive matches for Bayern, scoring 279 goals.

In the course of his illustrious career at Bayern, Muller holds the record for the most Bundesliga wins in the club’s history and joins the exclusive club of players, including Cristiano Ronaldo and Iker Casillas, who have won at least 100 Champions League games.
