In his glorious cricketing career, Rohit Sharma has played a total of 159 Twenty20 International matches and scored a phenomenal total of 4,231 runs at a brilliant average of 32.05 at a strike rate of 134.8. As of April 2025, Rohit Sharma has smashed the highest total of five centuries by an Indian batsman in the T20I cricket format.

  • Suryakumar Yadav – 4 Centuries

The 34-year-old Indian international cricketer Suryakumar Yadav is at the second spot in our list of the top five Indian batsmen who have smashed the highest tons in T20I cricket. Suryakumar Yadav registered his maiden T20I century against England at the iconic Trent Bridge stadium where he scored a spine-chilling total of 117 runs off just 55 deliveries.

Ever since, Suryakumar Yadav has played a total of 83 Twenty20 International matches and has amassed a phenomenal total of 2,598 runs at a brilliant batting average of 38.20 and a strike rate of 167.07. As of April, 2025, Suryakumar Yadav has scored the second-highest total of four centuries in the T20I format.

As of April 2025, KL Rahul has played a total of 72 T20I matches and has amassed a record total of 3043 runs at an average of 49.08.

KL Rahul has smashed the fourth-highest total of two centuries in the Twenty20 International cricket format as of April 2025 against West Indies (110 runs off 51 deliveries) and England (101 runs off 54 deliveries) in 2016 and 2018 respectively.
