UEFA Champions League Semi-Final Barcelona Vs Borussia Dortmund 2nd Leg Report: No one could have thought it but Borussia Dortmund just gave Barcelona a run for their money. It was understood that Barcelona will be a bit easy on the ball and looking to counter-attack but it was very end to end.

Barcelona and Dortmund both were on the lookout to get that 1st goal. The 1st goal came due to a penalty conceded by Szczesny. The polish came out of the line for a 50-50 chance but failed to win the race against Pascal Groß. This resulted in a penalty which was converted by the calmest and the most lethal person on the pitch, Serhou Guirassy.
Dortmund had scored in the 11th minute and it still looked like a dream too big. Dortmund were adamant for a comeback but were complacent in the rest of the 1st half.

This changed in the 2nd half as they started the half with a bang after scoring from a deep corner which was also headed in by Guirassy. This trail of 2 goals for Dortmund lasted only 5 minutes as Barca woke up after the second goal from Guirassy and actively started attacking.
This shift instantly resulted in a goal for Barcelona, who were happy to score even if it was an own goal from Bensebaini.
The 3 goal was restored and again it looked like too much to ask for. This goal saw Dortmund approach an all-attack display for the last 30 minutes of the game to salvage something from the tie.
Dortmund would have won the tie if there was no offside rule but the referee was in place and the Barcelona defence was ever ready with their tactics. Dortmund kept attacking without fail which led to Guirassy ‘s third goal as well in the 76th minute but a bit late for a comeback.
Dortmund kept at it till the end but the 1st goal deficit proved to be a big problem. Dortmund won the match 3-1 but on aggregate lost 3-5 to Barcelona.
Barcelona will now face either Bayern Munich or Inter Milan
