US Olympic And Paralympic Hall of Fame: The Elite Class Of 2025 Ft. Serena Williams, Gabby Douglas

The US Olympic and Paralympic Committee has announced the inductees for the US Olympic and Paralympic Hall of Fame, Class of 2025.

This year’s finalists include 15 Olympians, nine Paralympians, three Olympic teams, three Paralympic teams, six legends, three coaches, and three special contributors.

They will be honoured in a special ceremony on Saturday, 12 July in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Olympic legends Serena Williams, Gabby Douglas, Allyson Felix, Kerri Walsh Jennings and Bode Miller lead the Hall of Fame, Class of 2025.

Williams, one of the greatest players of all time,  is a four-time Olympic champion, having won the doubles title with sister Venus three times – at Sydney 2000, Beijing 2008 and London 2012. She captured the women’s singles title at London 2012.

Douglas is a three-time Olympic champion winning women’s gymnastics all-around and team gold medal at London 2012 and a second team title at Rio 2016.

With 11 Olympic medals, including seven golds, Felix is one of the most decorated athletes of all time and the most successful American track and field athlete.

“We’re proud to welcome the Class of 2025 into the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Hall of Fame and to honour the extraordinary accomplishments they’ve made as representatives of Team USA,” said USOPC CEO Sarah Hirshland. 

“This induction celebrates not only their remarkable performances and lasting impact but also acknowledges the essential contributions of those who supported their journeys every step of the way. Earning a place in the Hall of Fame is no small feat – especially given the incredible talent across this year’s group of finalists.”

Established in 1979, the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Hall of Fame’s goal is to “celebrate the achievements of America’s premier athletes in the modern Olympic and Paralympic Games.”
